1st Grade - Jennifer Handy
Jennifer Handy brought warmth and dedication to her role as the 1st-4th grade assistant during the 2023-2024 school year at OACS. Originally from Honduras, Jennifer began her journey in education as a teacher's aide in her homeland before earning her bachelor's degree from Florida International University. Her love for music, animals, and travel is only surpassed by her deep passion for serving God, a commitment she joyfully extends to her church community.
Jennifer discovered her true calling in nurturing young hearts, particularly in teaching children about God's boundless love while serving as a Sabbath School Teacher and Adventurer Club Leader.
Jennifer is married to her childhood friend, Abraham Irias and both are proud parents of Abraham, aged 6. She considers it a privilege to continue her journey of faith and service within the OACS community, enriching young lives with care and compassion.
